A bilingual team of associate therapists, supervised by Jeanette Yoffe, LMFT, offering in-person sessions in Sacramento and secure video across California.
Jeanette is a licensed marriage and family therapist with nearly two decades of experience specializing in adoption, foster care, and complex developmental trauma. As founder of Yoffe Therapy and creator of the TBRI-informed treatment model Cans & Cannots, she has trained clinicians and educators across California and nationally. Jeanette no longer carries a personal caseload. She now devotes her time to clinically supervising our associate therapists and training them in the approach she spent 18 years developing.
Associate therapists work under the clinical supervision of Jeanette Yoffe, LMFT. All associates are bilingual (English/Español) and offer reduced fees.
Sofia works with adults and teens struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, and life transitions. She combines CBT and mindfulness-based approaches with cultural attunement, making her especially effective with first-generation and bicultural clients.
Marco specializes in trauma and PTSD, drawing on EMDR and somatic approaches to help clients process difficult experiences at a pace that feels safe. He works with adults who have experienced developmental trauma, community violence, or intergenerational stress, and has particular experience with Latino male clients navigating cultural expectations around vulnerability.
Valentina specializes in ADHD, executive function, and neurodivergent identity, particularly with teens and young adults who are high-achieving but struggling with consistency, self-regulation, or emotional dysregulation. She uses DBT skills and strength-based approaches to help clients build systems that work with their brain, not against it.
Diego specializes in couples and relationship therapy, helping partners develop deeper connection, repair recurring conflict, and navigate cultural differences within the relationship. He is trained in the Gottman Method and EFT, and works with both Latino and mixed-culture couples navigating identity, family-of-origin dynamics, and modern relationship pressures.
