This Privacy Policy explains how Yoffe Therapy ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information through this website. It is separate from, and does not replace, our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA), which governs the protected health information of our clients.

Two different kinds of information. Information you submit as a website visitor (such as a contact-form message) is covered by this policy. The protected health information of our therapy clients is governed separately and with stronger protections by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you give us: when you complete a contact form, request an intro call, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.

Protected health information (handled separately)

The clinical and health information of our clients, including session records, treatment notes, diagnoses, and similar, is not collected through this website's general forms and is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
