From one therapist’s calling to a bilingual California team
Jeanette Yoffe launched her private practice in 2006 in response to a gap she saw clearly: adoptees, foster youth, and their families had almost nowhere to turn for therapists who actually understood their experience.
Over nearly two decades, that practice has grown. Today its bilingual associate therapists, working under Jeanette’s direct supervision, see clients in person in Sacramento and by secure video across California, with care offered in both English and Spanish.
The practice has never been about volume. It's been about match: finding the right therapist for each person.
Jeanette is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, nationally recognized speaker, and the creator of the PATS (Porcelain Unicorn Adoption and Therapeutic Support) video series: a CEU program for mental health professionals working with adoptees and foster youth.
She sees clients by secure video session throughout California.
